If for some reason you are not pleased contact me via email or (414) 530-6592. Refunds less shipping will be issued within 14 days of purchase via same payment type. Items must be recieved back in original condition. PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. If your items arrive damaged it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim. Please let me know what the damage was and what action you took. I do not insure items that are shipped by usps unless the buyer requests it. All items shipped by ups are insured up to $100.

How long does it take to recieve my order?
